1. Court Booking Fees:

  • Standard Booking: Users are charged a fixed fee per hour of court time, which may vary based on the location, time of day, and day of the week. Peak hours (evenings and weekends) may have higher rates compared to off-peak hours (weekday mornings and afternoons).
  • Premium Membership Discounts: Premium members enjoy discounted rates on all court bookings, with savings of up to 20% on standard booking fees.
  • Cancellation Policy: Bookings can be canceled up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booking fee.

2. Product Pricing:

  • Retail Prices: All pickleball equipment, including paddles, balls, apparel, and accessories, are priced competitively in line with market rates. Prices are clearly displayed on the platform, with no hidden fees.
  • Discounts and Promotions: Regular promotions and discounts are offered to both standard and premium members, including seasonal sales, bulk purchase discounts, and special offers for tournament participants.
  • Premium Member Discounts: Premium members receive an additional 10% discount on all product purchases.

3. Membership Plans:

  • Standard Membership: Free to all users, offering access to court bookings, product purchases, and event registrations at standard rates.
  • Premium Membership: An annual or monthly subscription fee that provides benefits such as discounted booking fees, exclusive product discounts, priority access to peak times, and early registration for tournaments and events.

4. Event Registration Fees:

  • Tournaments and Events: Fees for participating in tournaments and events are determined based on the event’s scale, duration, and location. Premium members may receive discounted entry fees or early bird pricing.
  • Refund Policy: Registration fees are refundable up to a specified date before the event. After this date, refunds may not be available, or a cancellation fee may apply.

5. Payment Methods:

  • All payments for bookings, product purchases, and event registrations are processed securely through our platform using multiple payment options, including credit/debit cards, UPI, and digital wallets.
  • Currency: All prices are listed and charged in the local currency (e.g., INR, USD), depending on the user’s location.

6. Price Adjustments:

  • Prices for court bookings, products, and memberships may be adjusted periodically based on market trends, facility partnerships, and other business considerations. Users will be notified in advance of any significant changes to pricing.

  • Our platform is committed to transparency in pricing. All fees, discounts, and charges are clearly communicated to users before they finalize any transaction. There are no hidden fees, and users can review their total charges before confirming a booking or purchase.
