Refunds/Cancellations

We at East India Pickleball strive to ensure that you are satisfied with our products and services. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where you need to request a refund or cancel a booking. The following outlines our Refunds and Cancellations policy.

1. Refunds for Products

  • Refunds are only applicable to unopened and unused products within 15 days of delivery. The product must be returned in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
  • To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at [email] with your order number and reason for return.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

2. Cancellations for Bookings

  • Bookings can be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking time will not be eligible for a refund.
  • In case of cancellation by East India Pickleball due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Sale items and customized products are non-refundable.
  • Digital products such as e-books or online courses, once delivered, are non-refundable.
