At East India Pickleball, we are committed to delivering your products in a timely and efficient manner. Below is our shipping and delivery policy.

1. Shipping Locations

• We currently ship to all major cities and towns within India.
• Shipping to remote locations may incur additional charges and longer delivery times.

2. Shipping Timeframes

• Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed.
• Standard delivery time is 5-7 business days for most locations within India. Delivery to remote areas may take 7-10 business days.
• Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the package.
• Free shipping is available on orders over a certain amount, as indicated on our website.

4. Delivery

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
• If you are not available at the time of delivery, our courier partner will attempt delivery up to three times before the package is returned to us.

5. Damaged or Lost Items

• If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery to initiate a claim.
• We will either replace the damaged product or issue a refund based on availability.
